Adapts a standard 74mm post mount brake caliper to flat mount frames when running a 160 to 180mm rotor.
Kit includes adapter, a pair of 25mm bolts to mount the adapter to the frame and a pair of 34mm and a pair of 38mm caliper mounting bolts.
