In-store pick up is free for all items, including bikes and oversized products. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup.
If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 21 days.
We are currently only offering in-store pickup for online orders. We will keep our site updated as to when we are able to offer shipping.
Products may be fully exchanged or refunded in store only, up to 30 days after the original date of purchase. Products must be in new condition with original packaging and original purchase receipt. No refunds or exchanges on bicycles or special order items. Returns will be refunded to original payment type or as an in-store credit.
Layaways are possible in-store on purchases $500 or greater.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required up front and the balance must be paid by the time of pick up within 21 days from the initial deposit.
